I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and have been living in Las Cruces for five years and practicing therapy in Massachusetts, Florida and New Mexico for the past twenty years. I have worked with adults, couples, families, adolescents, and children in both inpatient and outpatient facilities. I have helped individuals to deal with the many different issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, learning to cope with a psychiatric diagnosis (medication issues, coping with symptoms and understanding a diagnosis), couples’ issues and life stage issues. I have worked with people from many different ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds and have great respect for the clients I treat. My goal is to empower patients to understand their challenges and learn new ways to deal with them, as well as to resolve those challenges in their past that have been obstacles in their current lives.
