They/Them

I am passionate about destigmatizing mental health, practicing from an intersectional and inclusive lens, and creating an authentic therapy space. I graduated with my Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Texas at El Paso in 2021. My therapeutic approach is eclectic – I practice person-centered therapy and include aspects of relational, cognitive-behavioral, somatic, and expressive arts therapy depending on the client’s needs and goals. I have experience working with individuals with a history of trauma, mood disorders such as anxiety and depression, ADHD, grief/complicated grief, and life adjustment challenges. I work with children, adults, and couples. I am happy to work with LGBTQIA+ individuals as well as individuals exploring their gender and sexuality. I offer in person sessions as well as telehealth (for those over the age of 12).
